Pan Fried Gnocchi

 After reading a few other blogs about how wonderful and simple to make homemade gnocchi is I finally gave it a try. I was afraid they would fall apart in the water if I tried to boil them, so instead I put them in a hot oiled pan and let them cook for a few minutes until they got crispy on both sides.  They were delicious-like a light potato cream melted in the middle of the two crisp sides. I encourage you to try to make your own gnocchi. It’s a much more affordable and yummy side than the store bought kind. Try the recipes at 101 Cookbooks or there’s one at bitchinCamero)
