A harvest and the sweetest peas

Baby pea pods have shown up on the vines, just as their sweet white blossoms had appeared but a week ago.  Mesculin and the lettuces were harvested, too.

There are still two rows of radishes and one row of turnips. The beets are still marinating in the soil, along with small but sprightly fronded carrots. I pulled up the cabbages, and I’m almost convinced to pull up the strawberries. But here are some photos of the lovely garden before I dug most up for the summer plants.
